AAA of ENGLAND EGM, 10 December

Another EGM has been called following a motion submitted by 24 clubs to decide on the proposition that the AAA of England supports the formation of England Athletics who will assume governance of the sport in England from 1st April 2006.

All Clubs, Leagues and Associations will have received information on this.

The Cheshire County AA decided at their November meeting to vote for this proposal and to recommend Clubs, Leagues and Associations in Cheshire to do likewise.  The same position was agreed at the NoEAA General Committee meeting on 19th November.  Cheshire representatives were present at this meeting.

Proxy voting is available - but you need to send in your voting forms by 8 December.  You can appoint either A G Bunner (Chairman of AAA of England) or B Parker (Hon Sec, NoEAA) as your proxy as both will be at the EGM.
