1. Team scores for incomplete teams are made up by adding last finisher + 1, +2, +3 as required (indicated with []).

2. Incomplete teams are placed after complete teams, with teams of 3 put before teams of 2 then teams with 1 runner.

Where two clubs have the same team score, the club with the highest placed last counter is placed "first"
